What Comes with a Booth
- Opportunity to market your products and services to top industry decision-makers.
- Complimentary exhibitor badges vary by booth space size:
- 3 exhibitor badges for the 1st 100 SQ FT.
- 2 additional exhibitor badges for each additional 100 SQ FT.
- Exhibitor badges allow access to the General Session and Exhibit Hall Only.
- Additional badges can be purchased for $50 each
- Product category listing in the official Mobile App and on the WUI Show Website:
- Company profile and description
- Company logo, social media and contact info
- Ability to add show specials
- Booth package includes:
- One 6’black draped table
- Two side chairs
- One wastebasket
- Pipe and drape*
- 7” x 44” booth ID sign (company name and booth number)*
- Ballroom is carpeted
- Exhibitor booth liability insurance via Rainprotection.
Note: One package per company for indoor booths only. Exhibitors will booths larger than 10x10 can request additional packages through the exhibitor manual at no charge, but request must be received by the decorator 30 days before the conference.
Not included in booths: A/V, furniture, electrical and internet.
*Linear booths only.

- By signing the digital Exhibit Space Contract, you certify that you have the authority to sign the contract and bind the company listed to the Official Official Rules and Regulations
- Contract and deposit:
- FULL PAYMENT is due within 30 days of booth reservation/contract. By signing the digital Exhibit Space Contract, you certify that you have the authority to sign the contract and bind the company listed to the Official Rules and Regulations.
- LATE FEE of $200 will be added on outstanding balances more than 30 days past due.
- Failure to comply could result in the release of your booth space.
- Late Fee: Outstanding balances more than 30 days past due will have a late fee of $200 added to the balance due.
- Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellations must be made in writing by email to Exhibits@iafc.org. Properly requested refunds will be provided per the following schedule:
- On or before August 1, 2025: The IAFC retains 50% of the total amount. If payment has not been received, 50% of the total amount is due.
- After August 1, 2025 - The IAFC retains 100% of the total amount. If payment has not been received, 100% of the total amount is due..
- Downsizing: If downsizing of a space is requested, an Exhibitor may be required to move to a new location and cancellation penalties will apply.
